Lauren and Matt, the hands behind Little House on Maui, purchased this Kihei condo unit at the end of April (2021) and gave the space an entire renovation with their own two hands, full of their work.

This space is managed by the owners, Lauren and Matt. What does that mean? They care and there isn’t a 3rd party involved. This space is a special project dear to their hearts and every detail for their guest's comfort matters. They are currently on the mainland adventuring but don't hesitate to contact them for anything you might need!

How many guests does the unit accommodate?
We've set up the unit to sleep up to 5 guests, comfortably. The bedroom has a queen size bed and the living room has a sleeper sofa and the sofa chair pulls out into a single bed. Both the sleep sofa and single bed have 3 inch, covered memory foam toppers stored in the closet to add extra comfort to the pull outs.

do you allow fur babies?
We do but because our of HOA, we must submit the proper paperwork. Please reach out to us prior to booking to discuss. It's an extremely easy process and work around so do not be discouraged. We understand that your fur babies are your family and it saddens us knowing that there are still so many associations that make it difficult for dog owners. Luckily, we're one of the few owners who will work with our guests to ensure they are able to bring their furry children.
How close to the beach are you?
We're a 4 minute walk to the beach. We are located right off of South Kihei Road, in between Kam II and Kam III.
About the unit
Welcome to our little condo. We wanted to create a space that we would be happy in, something light and airy with a boho minimalist feel. We are not your standard Tommy Bahama unit and we hope you love it as much as we loved creating it.
The condo is fully stocked for your comfort. We provide beach equipment, beach towels, a washer and dryer, a fully stocked kitchen - you name it! You can cook a meal in the kitchen, grill steps away from the condo at the picnic area or walk in any direction and grab a drink + dinner while watching the sunset over the ocean. We are located in the heart of South Maui, where everything is just a short walk away - from the beach to restaurants to shopping. It’s a 4 minute walk to any of those things. We provide a pack n play for your little as well.
The unit is extremely private with an outdoor oasis and views of mango trees and palms. You won’t be staring at the side of a building or at the neighbors across the way. It is a corner unit which means we have more windows for those lush views and more natural light. With only one neighbor, it’s so peaceful you can hear the birds singing from the mango trees while sitting on the lanai.
POLICY
You may cancel your reservation up to 40 days prior to your trip.

There is no smoking outside of designated smoking areas on the property.
​
Quiet time is between 10pm - 8am.
​
There is no lifeguard at the pool so please make sure you're safe.
​
For pets, you must pickup ALL dog droppings outside and dispose of it properly.
​
No parties or events.
​
Do not water the plants in the unit, even if they look dry. If your stay is longer than 8 days,
you must allow the owners a 30min access window to water the plants.
​
Check in is at 4pm. Check out is at 11am.
​
You will receive the electronic keypad code prior to your arrival via email. We change this code for every new guest.
​
We are following all sanitization practices to make sure we are keeping our guests safe during this time. Every piece of linen, towel, blanket and even pillows are being cleaned and sanitized in-between guests.
​
Renters insurance helps protect both our guests and the owners in the event of any accident or incident.
